I concur. If they want to show a time history of how the racial component of this form of violence has changed over time, that’s one thing, but it’s downright deceptive to include data from 20 years ago and then say “it has been going on a lot longer, and it is less racial, than people think”. Why, it’s almost like the authors of the study are trying to obfuscate the present situation.

They’re trying to prevent you from seeing the obvious. Most of these incidents have taken place on the watch of the post racial, great uniter president. The frequency of the incidents has been increasing since his second term began.
