IMHO, Harry Reid opened the Pandora's box for all to see. What's to stop him from exercising the option on "important" legislation, or the Supreme Court? 225 years of precedent was flushed down the toilet yesterday.
Therefore, it's up to the House of Representatives to stop the Senate in their tracks.
