Isn’t that paragraph in the first chapter - Arrest! in vol.1 of the Gulag Archipelago?
I’ve told many people to read just that chapter. In fact I’ve bought a cheap paperback at Half-Price for a buck or two and given it to a few people since Obama’s rise. It could be a few chapters in. That first chapter alone is worth the price.
