Hear, hear! Bring back the concept of “Penal Colony.” I’m thinking more along the lines of a remote island.
While that was initially the idea, it needs more subtlety, so that it looks like the US is being generous and liberal while in reality deporting them to Africa.
It could possibly work, too, because some of those African dictators are so greedy they would gladly provide enormous amounts of empty desert for farming. And, of course, if the new immigrants cut up rough at all, they would have no hesitation to exterminate them.
