I’ll bet O is all for it, and would be happy to have the US contribute the lion’s share to the fund, and to try to take the international fund’s “recommendations” as strong suggestions for the EPA to further cripple our economy. He so green!

Oh yeah. He’s already “all in” on this. Hopes to have enough “rich” countries to provide 100 billion/yr(I think that was the $$$ number I read) to the “poor” countries to combat the threats we all face due to climate change. Now, where’s my barf bag?

There is a report on climate changes over the last 400 thousand years based on findings in ice cores from the north and south pole areas. The results indicate that the earth's climate swings between being hot and then cold every 150,000 years. It reports that we are now at the top of the warm cycle. Perhaps in another 100 years it will become obvious. Don't take my word for it, the report is on the Net. Check for Ice Core Samples.
