we are a good bit south of you though, so it’s not a direct correlation.
I have a daughter in NY (near Albany) and a daughter in Richmond, VA. Our storms generally hit one, or the other, a day, or so, after they wreak their havoc here. This one has been particularly nasty and is headed more south, than north. We were lucky in Wisconsin, although we were on tornado watch all day yesterday. We just had a steady, drenching rain which didn’t let up until 7 pm. People in Illinois and Indiana were not so lucky.
