The claim that it's right wing groups is designed purely as a political ploy to deflect blame and I'd add is a piss-poor attempt at Democrats trying to energize a base that frankly doesn't exist on this issue.
Democrats, Republican's alike BOTH hate Obamacare at this point. Let it crumble under it's own insidious weight.

No stress load or pert testing was done. Highly doubtful they did pen testing or vulnerability scans before go-live.
funny thing is, the site is broke on its own. All that's left for a hacker to do is FIX the site
