You would have charged $15 million and 3 years? I have no idea how these websites are made but I heard prices as low as $50 grand and as short a time as 3 months. I mean what is the whole point of this website? To sign people up to an insurance plan. So why would this take 3 years and millions of dollars?

This is government stuff. I'm familiar enough with that venue to know of the very stringent requirements. Plus, with a pretty hefty over-bid on time, I can be ONE HUNDRED PERCENT assured of it's completion. Remember, I also allot about 9 months for shifting requirements and the application of contract force to nail that requirement down.

And the price tag is so I get rich... and still come WAY under what they actually spent, by an order of magnitude! :)

I still say we should have given Amazon a copy of the regs and said you start selling in 3 years. Go for it.
