Can you explain why you can stand on a city bus moving 45 mph, but can not stand for a moment on a STOPPED aircraft while it is taxiing? Airlines have been fined millions for allowing passengers to not be seated, with no blockage to aisles. Southwest used to permit it, and the FAA turned a blind eye, until one day a different administrator of the FAA was emplaned. Then they retroactively fined them millions.
