It shows a picture of North Korea's founder, Kim Il-sung, decorating a building in the North Korean capital of Pyongyang.

Interesting. You are probably right. I hear that the apartment on the far right of the photo is free now. They executed the guy for watching the Brady Bunch on TV after “lights out”.
They are saving the world from global warming.
That makes East Germany look like Disney World.
