So then the visits would become contingent on whether or not she was able to lactate a sufficient amount for the upcoming visit.

And then her lawyer would begin negotiations about how much milk was necessary etc.

No, the judge was cutting through a ground for further excuses.

The judge has probably seen a few of these cases before.
