also...teacher and student are both black....that is why there was not police report initially...they protect their own.....
also....bisd formed their own PD so they don’t have to deal with the city PD...everything is in house....
Schools and colleges should not have their own PD’s because they like to sweep things under the rug, they let some crimes slide and protect some people from being prosecuted.
