A new poll (by Harper Polling) suggests “Not Sure” is leading the crowded field for the Democrats' nomination for Pennsylvania governor. That should be considered good news for troubled Republican incumbent Tom Corbett. Of course, given Mr. Corbett's positions on so many of the issues most dear to his traditional base, “Not Sure” could give him a good run for his money next year.
