Meanwhile, the ATF is in a complete panic. What happens to their carefully crafted gun control when you can 3D print what you want — no paperwork, either. Oh, dear. It doesn’t matter what kind of legislation or regulations they concoct, the technology has other commercial applications besides making forearms.

Not to mention how fast the price is coming down for one these units. Just a couple of years ago, it would have cost $30 grand for a 3-D printer. They can now be bought for $2,000.
