If you have a smart phone or iPad, etc., you can get an app called “Shazam” and it will tell you what any song is as the song is being played.

I know what it is, I had some of it at a little rooftop café in someoranother small touristy town in Colorado several years ago.

Real chile verde, made with pork shoulder, (I think), and whole jalapenos. It was absolutely the most delicious, savory thing I've ever eaten in my entire life.

And it was so frickin' hot I literally cried while I ate it, washing it down with Dos Eqqus cerveza. My wife didn't know what to do.

I've never done it before or since, but I asked if I could meet the chef. The guy came out, and he could tell I enjoyed it, and he was excited about telling me how to make it. The only words I understood were "jalapenos" y "puerca".

I enjoyed it all over again the next day, too.

I thought about using Shazam or other similar apps, but I figured it wouldn’t work on such an obscure song. Is that how you found out what it was?
