Real chile verde, made with pork shoulder, (I think), and whole jalapenos. It was absolutely the most delicious, savory thing I've ever eaten in my entire life.
And it was so frickin' hot I literally cried while I ate it, washing it down with Dos Eqqus cerveza. My wife didn't know what to do.
I've never done it before or since, but I asked if I could meet the chef. The guy came out, and he could tell I enjoyed it, and he was excited about telling me how to make it. The only words I understood were "jalapenos" y "puerca".
I enjoyed it all over again the next day, too.
Sef-ping.
Looks like those blocks with the bottom scored and broken were for some self consolidating grouting system. Every CMU project we do is low lift seismic with bond beams every 48” or so. Notice he’s working in a tent so it must be cold outside and he’s not wearing a coat. I’ve been in those tents when it was 18 degrees outside and the hod boys were working in tee shirts.
I thought about using Shazam or other similar apps, but I figured it wouldn’t work on such an obscure song. Is that how you found out what it was?
