Gingrich just brought that up. He said obama is telling the insurance companies “Trust me this time.” He said lawyers are already preparing lawsuits. I don't know how insurance companies could sue. They "invested" in this law and participated in its writing and passage. The "promise" of windfall revenues by forcing people to buy from them fell through. That happens when you invest in things.
