As I posted on a previous and similar thread.. This is a no-lose tactic for local, state and federal authorities. If we don't push back and allow them to invade our privacy, they will simply take it to another invasive level. If we attack them, they call it right-wing radicalism and move to have our ability to defend ourselves further restricted. If we sue them in court and they lose, no big deal as they will pay the penalty in taxpayer's dollars....No sweat off their brow...Don't forget, they have the press, the courts, most of the legislature, and over half of the population begging for a dictatorship if they can get something out of it for themselves..
