President Obama is either a glib liar or the most uninformed president in the history of this and any other nation.

So I'm talking to this lib I know (always a mistake), and she tells me that the Obamacare web disaster was all due to Republican programmers.

I don't know which is scarier, that she actually believes that, or that she is able to cancel out my vote year after year.
