The legendary Swedish pop group ABBA is mulling a possible reunion next year, singer Agnetha Faltskog said in a German newspaper interview Sunday.
Next year marks the 40th anniversary of the band's first hit "Waterloo", which won them the Eurovision song contest and catapulted them to fame.
ABBA subsequently became one of the world's best-selling pop bands with a string of number one hits such as "Mamma Mia", "Dancing Queen" and "Super Trouper

HAHA! Same!!
Barney Frank will be thrilled!
They’d be TERRIBLE in a reunion.
Let it lie.
no thanks, that’s okay....
and feathers. the guy on the right, feathers.
I was going to summer camp in upstate New York (Sabatis Camp) with a group of about 20 scouts and adults. The song Waterloo was a hit at that time. We stopped off at a roadside diner somewhere in New York State for lunch. On the table top jukebox, they had Waterloo.
One of my fellow scouts put some money in the jukebox and pressed the numbers for Waterloo to play. It did. Over and over again for the entire time we were eating lunch.
It took a long time to get that song out of my head. Even today, if I happen to hear that song, the first thing I think about is sitting in that diner back in 1974.
I believe ya’. All of my dates since high school, I always research what music they like before I stick the CD in. Gets you to first base ;). I discovered Sade transcends dates and girlfriends.XD
And when Frida hit Agnetha on stage. Money shot around 2:40 - 2:50.
i hear keith richards now offers a three-hour burro ride down into, and back up, his wrinkles.
John McCain is a big fan.
Found the kiss scene I was talking about. It was from 2005 and Agnetha was going downhill then. Now???
Here is the actor Magnus Krepper. He has done something very few even will get close to do - kissing Agnetha Fältskog, ABBA-Agnetha. And on film even, with his mouth open for more than 3 minutes.
- We kissed for 3 minutes and 27 seconds to be exact.
But back to the record kiss. Because it is a record. - Agnetha and I have the record for the longest kiss in a film, 3.27 as I said.
- It was a really hot kiss and I remember it like it was yesterday. The mood was very nice. The kiss took place during the making of the documentary
Thanks. I am now cured.
I don’t hate you, I liked them too.
Love Abba. I had to opportunity to visit the Abba museum in Stockholm this summer. There is something so naive, innocent and sweet about Swedish culture and Abba personified that. It was three hours of complete forgetting about the here and now.
How would you like to bite that and get drug around the to death
She’s actually half-Norweigan half-German, her father was a Wehrmacht soldier who was stationed in Norway during the war....That’s why they fled to Sweden, to escape the locals.
