Gelid, Adjective
gelidness - Noun; gelidly - Adverb
Very cold; icy: gelid ocean waters
Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the Word for the Day in a sentence.
The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day.

Yeah, their game is going to be to get The Preezy to agree on a one year extension of the Mandate (no, not with Reggie Love) that will go beyond election day, in the hopes the sticker shock wont add negative votes to the millions losing coverage,.
The one Boner (Boehner) Obama doesn’t like should refuse to assent.
The minute the Senate and Pres ask for it, the House needs to go out and say, It’s the Law of the Land, Passed by Congress, signed by the President, Upheld by Scotus, and immediately challenge his ability to govern by Decree via Executive Order.
