I’m just curious: How do you know the sick girl had the vaccine? Those symptoms are consistent with pregnancy as well. Did someone actually mention what was going on with her?
The girl was there with her father. She was the right age for Gardasil. Call it intuition, but his was NOT a pregnancy issue.
Maybe 2 months earlier, I’d had my oldest (age 12) in for a physical, and Gardasil was pushed. I asked about the “side effects”, etc. Of course I’d done a lot of reading about it already — but the doctor offered no specifics other than “soreness at the injection spot”. I asked about the mandatory 20 minute waiting period in the office post-injection, because I’d never seen that with ANY other vaccination. “Oh, that’s just a precaution — almost NOBODY reacts very strongly.”
