Has anyone noticed - as soon as Stanford tore down their mammoth football stadium with they wooden bench seating (great stadium) that was almost always about half empty - as soon as they torn it down ans put up a much small stadium, Stanford becomes a perennial top ten team - and now guess what? You can't get a ticket - tonight: "standing room only."

I hope it's not over too soon - if Oregon runs up a big score early, I think Stanford is in trouble. I'm impressed with Stanford's defense and their running game, but I think their Q-Back needs more coaching and I question some of the Stanford play calling. I'm for Stanford but honestly, I'll be surprised if Stanford beats these guys.
