According to this, the guy may have a long drug history. So, does that make all of his claims OK, including multiple forced enemas with officers watching? No. If they did everything he claims, then somewhere along the line this was a rape.

However, all we have are claims from all sides. Maybe he has no drug history, maybe the cops and doctors didn’t do everything he describes as he describes it.

Plus a second guy with the same types of claims. Maybe they are both pure as snow and the cops are sadistic Nazis. Or maybe they are both known drug users looking for attention.

However, I will agree, that if the cops did all of this to both men as described, they and the doctors should go to prison.

So maybe the whole story happened just like she said, and maybe we’ll eventually hear “the rest of the story”.

I won’t draw any conclusions, but I AM constantly amazed at how the FR Libertarian contingent invariably accepts, without the slightest hint of credulity, the payday seeking lawyer’s word as gospel. No need for questions, no need to ask if the version of events presented is even true. Nope, a plaintiff’s lawyer would never embellish the truth!

In Luna County, the dirty cops keep the dirtier cops in line with mutual threats of blackmail, everybody knows where all the bodies are buried. Everybody know who worked for which cartel, when. Who provided security at dope runs and stash houses.

What's worse, the DOJ and FBI and ATF use these dirty Luna County cops as their enforcers, dirty ops henchmen, and paid perjurers. Each of these dirty cops could go away for 30 to life if they were examined, so they are happy to play stooge for the DOJ I return for a blind eye and informant pay.

This story is just the tip of a very dirty iceberg.
