According the local paper, this guys has a long drug history with several pending charges and was known to keep drugs in his anus.
Could be a lie, but before we string up the cops, we might want to get the whole story.
I dont care how many arrests he had. He should never had been put through this. He was a free man, had no warrants, he did nothing wrong, they found nothing and he will be a very rich man.
The cops need to be fired and the doctors made into paupers.
They said the same thing about the other guy. Maybe it’s true? Maybe not.
So? Just because he had a prior history of hiding drugs in his anus, it didn’t permit police to take it this far on this occasion.

Do you have a link? Or should we just take your word for it?
While you’re at it, do you have a link that says BOTH victims regularly kept their drugs up their butts?
I would like to see a link to that newspaper article and the facts to back that up.
If it was the truth, you think that was OK?
I don’t know who you are and hopefully you don’t know who I am, and that’s probably a good thing, because you obviously have no regard for human dignity.
What part of freedom and liberty do you not get? You're very clearly saying that if the man had a past issue, it's okay to violate his rights based on illegitimate police tactics for the rest of his days. Pathetic, moronic, and disgusting.

And after the first enema they couldn’t tell that was not the case THIS time?
The whole story is these officers were out of bounds and outside of the law regardless of the mans innocence or guilt.
Still not good, even those with a criminal history have rights, the Constitution certainly still applies. LEO may have been sure he had drugs, but messed up so badly if they had found drugs they still would not have been able to get a conviction.
