Way too early. Having said that, exit polling of Christie voters yesterday in a hypothetical against Hillary have him LOSING 88-445. Furthermore, his Godfather demeanor can not handle a Presidential race.

The traitorous GOP dimwits will push him and probably nominate him, but I wonder if he can even carry Utah.

He would be a disaster of epic proportion. I wish he’d lost and we would have gotten rid of him now. He is the Dem dream candidate for the GOP.

One thing’s for sure is that the entire establishment is getting in line behind Krispy Kreme. Well, at least we don’t have to worry about Jeb!
Now, if us real people can just get in line behind ONE true Conservative.

I will not support Chris Christie against Hillary Clinton. Christie’s GOP nomination would destroy what’s left of the Republican Party, and there wouldn’t be a dime’s difference between either of their administrations. I reluctantly voted for McCain and Romney as lesser evils, but I will no longer reward a Vichy GOP that despises and undermines its base. If the Republican Party fails to unite behind a truly Conservative nominee, it will suffer a crushing defeat.

Just vote for Hillary in the poll. If enough polls tell Krispy Kreme that he would lose in a landslide, he won’t bother running (or moseying, in his case) for the Presidency.

Good grief. It’s still 2013. This cheeky obsession with POTUS glam is #ing annoying.

My son and I had a HUGE discussion about this issue tonight. He contends my not voting for Christie is a vote for Hillary. Thought I raised him better than that. Appears I have a lot of work to do within my own family.

I voted neither in the same way I will be voting in 2016 if that is the selection.

I never have understood that comment - not voting is actually voting ???

Too bad these polls never have “neither” or “none of the above” as a choice.

Both choices here are hideous...

Chris Christie 56%
Hillary Clinton 44%

Total votes: 61318

I never have understood that comment -”

Nor have I. Knowing my son though, it will not be the last discussion we have about it. His logic - you have one vote and two candidates. If you vote for neither, you have wasted your vote. My logic - my vote or lack thereof is one form of protest or support for a particular candidates position on issues. If I help to elect someone who turns out to be a real bum, I have no one to blame by myself. Rarely ever have I voted a straight party ticket in the 50 years I’ve been voting and am very active and vocal with my local politicians.

I know full well how important even one vote can be - my best friend was running for the local school board and she lost by one vote. Another (now former) friend said she didn’t vote that election because she “didn’t think it would be needed”.

My son can be convinced up to a point but seems to have inherited his stubborn streak from his father (my ex who is a staunch Democrat) - LOL.

I have been hoodwinked twice in a row by the GOP-e and it most definitely will not happen a third time. I will never ever be told that I have no other choice and have to vote for a McCain or a Romney type again - I will write myself in before I vote for one of Rove’s boys again. There is a reason I left the GOP after 40 years, and if they cannot figure out why then they are too stupid to deserve to win and should lose every election until they disappear like the Whigs.
