Congress passed the bill, which they are charged with reading. The law makes plain that you can and will lose your insurance.
This is like a builder making a host of representations to you about the house you will by — but then disclaiming them all in the contract, and changing the terms — which you then sign.
King Barry willfully misrepresented the ACA before it was passed and signed into law. It's illegal to lie to Congress. I think that's a separate issue from whether Congress read it or not.
