To: the scotsman

I was just remembering nearly 50 years ago I used a Wilson “Davis Cup” racket when I was first learning to play tennis. It was not even my own racket.

My next one was a Maureen Connolly women’s racket. It just seemed to fit.

Same here. Kept it in a wooden press to keep it from warping.
Then got a Wilson T-2000 steel raquet. Really state-of-the-art
in 1971, at least for me.
