Reading this makes me so angry, but I also wonder If there is another side to the story. I try not to have knee jerk reactions to these kind of stories. Also, perhaps the officer hone this guy from before and was enjoying some payback.
I feel so sorry for this guy!

Also, perhaps the officer hone this guy from before and was enjoying some payback. Such things happened in Bill Clinton's Arkansas (I'm recalling the cop who held a jar with a prisoner's castrated testicles in it).

Serious question here: exactly what other side of the story can you imagine here that would justify EIGHT different anally invasive procedures? What could anybody have possibly done that would justify such a thing?

The other side to the story is he probably mouthed off to the officers. There is a NM mugshot dated 5-26-11, so perhaps a prior record / run-in with some of the police involved. He has a solid case. Traffic stop to colonoscopy is quite a stretch and there is no way it's 'procedure'. The medical staff must have gone nuts trying to cooperate with the police. This is a little too much cooperation.
According to medical records, police reports and a federal lawsuit obtained by KOB-TV And just how pray tell is a citizens medical record given out on an FOI by the media. There is a lawsuit right there, aside from the actual forced procedures.

I don’t know what you mean by “hone this guy” but there is absolutely no excuse for this. This is completely and inexcusably savage and unworthy of a free republic.
