The two criminals were Robert Decarr, 19 and William Adina, 21 (William leaves behind 4 children).

A friend of Adina's, Frank Concepcion, says that the shootings were unjustified.

The DA disagrees with Frank.

They show a friend of one of the robbers, who stated his deceased friend was a hard working person. There are also a couple of “memorials” for the robbers.

The man who shot the robbers won’t be charged. Who else wasn’t initially charged for shooting a member of the protected class?
