So the changes they made over Saturday night into Sunday failed on Monday. So now they are going to make changes every night from 1AM-5AM. Does anyone expect that these changes won’t also crash the site?
After a month, they are now chasing their own tails.

I’ve read (I’ll have to dig it up) that they are having twice daily status meetings. IMO that is a sure sign of doom. Management believes mid-management is “on top of it” but in reality the workers have hardly any time to do any actual work, aside from prepare for the next meeting. It’s been my experience that when management starts getting tight with updates it’s trouble. Twice daily status meetings... cut your losses & run. Fast and far.
