claims that from 1997 to 2009, in-hospital deaths of children resulting from gunshot wounds increased nearly 60 percent, and hospitalizations of children for gunshot wounds increased 80 percent.

All depends on your definition of children.
If all of Hussein's and Holder's sons (in some cases defined to age 40!) and their gang-related and drug killings (and their innocent bystander victims are counted, sure.)

The statistics are horrendous!

Among normal human beings, otherwise, not so much.

Oh, you mean like adolescent 17 year olds who feel disrespected to the point of slamming someones head against the sidewalk? Those children/youts?

“All depends on your definition of children.”

Indeed it do. I believe any person under age 18 is classified as a “child,” a category that includes untold numbers of Yutes involved in deadly armed struggles for turf and trade in Democrat urban strongholds.

Even if the numbers were gleaned from the activity you mention they would not add up. The opposition only want results, and how they come about does not matter. These numbers were pulled out of their asses and publicized, to be repeated by the MSM over and over until it is just another lie that is accepted as fact.
