I had thought, mistakenly apparently, that welfare authorities will bill the fathers for support they pay out, to reimburse taxpayers for at least part of the support we provide.

Apparently I’m mistaken, and I realize that not all baby daddies have the money to support these kids. But at the very least they should be paying towards the kids they sired.

The baby-daddies are most likely thugs with no garnishable wages. Assuming she even knows their real names and SS#'s.

There are a number of underclass men who go around with no official address, no ID, and are known to the people around them only by nicknames.
