Last time I was involved in a Craig’s List deal, I was backup. And armed. And not the only backup.

Went smoothly.

You have to like Craig Newmark for at least one thing.

The media, especially print media, hates Craigslist, they want you to have to pay them, the media, to advertise and they will bash C/L forever.

Never had this problem with newspaper classified ads. Or if it did happen, the papers chose not to write about it.
