you had to wash them.....being a deep woods inhabitant, they had quite a few bugs....
so they placed them in a big tub outside and ran the hose on them....pulled them out then...but there still were some ants....I picked them off as I saw them, but I figured, what wrong with a little extra protein....
That sounds so neat. I have never met anyone skilled in identifyoing mushrooms that are edible.
