curious that you put cranberries in your bread....I’ve been adding a can of whole cranberries into my banana bread the last few times, to give it another good nutrious addition but also it looks and tastes nice....
I was happy with banana, cinnomon, raisin, whole almond,and whole pecans but when she said that, a bulb lit up and I had to agree.
I use the dried cranberries because so much moisture played hell with trying to determine the cooking time.
