Yesterday, I pulled out the double boiler and invented cheesecake spread to put on top of plain pastries, Indian fry bread, french toast, etc. Cheesecake spread
¼ cup cornstarch
1 tbsp sucralose
1 tbsp sugar
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
One egg, beaten
Stir dry ingredients together in top of double boiler. Add milk and egg and combine. Heat until thickened.
Add
1 cup cottage cheese
Heat until thickened.
Add
1 tbsp. Butter
Stir together.
Add
1 tsp. Vanilla
Remove from heat.
Immersion blend until smooth. Spread upon pastry base, french toast or fry bread.
