Video: Emotional Baby Crying to Rod Stewart Gets Heavy Metal Edition

A baby with a keen ear for music has broken hearts this week, crying with a joy as his mum sings Rod Stewart’s My Heart Can’t Tell You No, but in a new YouTube remix it seems he also has a soft spot for Danzig’s How The Gods Kill.

The baby giggles with glee as the soft intro to the track begins, before fist pumping as the drums hit (0:42) and promptly bursting into tears.

The original video has become an internet sensation in the last few days already attracting over 15 million views, showing the infant crying when his mum sings to him, but rather than bawling the child simply sobs gently and smiles – clearly moved by the song.

‘She’s was only ten months old when this video was taken, her reaction is priceless!!!!!’ the video’s description reads, with the clip quickly attracting comments like: ‘‘OMG my heart almost exploded! I just love her!’’

While this baby seemed delighted by his mum’s singing, another YouTube was previously moved to tears for the wrong reasons by Miley Cyrus’s Party In The USA.

My dad used to play loud music when I was a child... maybe that is one of the reasons I have tinnitus these days. Of course he was more into Perry Como, The Kingston Trio, and Nat King Cole so it didn’t make me cry much of the time.

Youngest grandson could belt out every Mannheim Steamroller song on their Christmas CD when he was barely two, even though you couldn’t understand much of what he said when he tried to talk. Of course it was one of his parent’s fav groups so he heard it a lot. They also had a CD of Little Einstein’s classical music and when he was a very small baby, he wouldn’t go to sleep unless it was playing.

He’s now a tweener and actually prefers having classical music playing in the background when he is studying.

Man, that song made me remember stuff. I saw Danzig live back in 98’ and it was a double bill with White Zombie. Cute headbang video..

Am I the only one who wishes they would quit torturing this very sensitive baby and let him listen to some Mozart?
