Just saw this on my local news. I set mine up so that the NRA gets my donations. Spread to other 2A people who use Amazon.

There are over 1 million charities, and others can sign up.
The Second Amendment Foundation, Hillsdale College, and a lot of churches show up from a quick review.
I think it works for all non-profits that submit themselves.

Didn’t know about this—thanks for posting! You can choose the NRA or other organizations such as the Heritage Foundation or American Center for Law and Justice. Just search (the site has a search box) for your favorite conservative or other charitable organization, they well may be included. I wish I had known about this before.
