You are quite right.
However, IMO generic people should be those who show up for work. I have no interest in adding sexual tensions to the workplace. It’s great in its place, which is not on the job.
We are in mostly complete agreement. I don’t mind working around women that know they are women. But the ones that show up in the low cut short red dress and intentionally walk foot in front of foot to get that nice “booty wiggle” are a serious annoyance.
Same with the “body builder” guys, but with them it is more the way they talk. They are also less of a distraction to me. ;-)
