0-care problems will grow. Most of the LIVs don’t even know about the mandate and penalty. Eventually the administration (via MSM and public service ads) will have tell their LIV base that buying insurance is mandatory or they will face a fine. That’s when the idiot masses will wake up; you can’t make them choose between big screen TVs, cable, concert tickets booze etc. vs. buying overpriced health insurance? c’mon.
