I’m going to have to disagree with you. G-d gave us judgement - the ability to know right from wrong.
The concept of ‘judgement’ being a negative is relatively new. It used to be equated to wisdom. IE: “He has good judgement” or “she’s a good judge of character”
That’s the very point written in the Bible indeed.
Also generally, we are not to speak evil of evil (note the injunction against bringing the “railing accusation” in Jude 1:9), but we do have to speak out against evil when it manifests itself.
