My 3 only has 16G memory [groan].

I bought the original the day they came out and love it. But it crashes often when I run chrome and link to 2 or 3 complex websites. It’s a memory problem for sure so I’m thinking it’s time to upgrade.
I had the 32g WiFi only original. For the 3 I maxed it out at 64g and added the cellular option.
What I’m gobsmacked about is the new Mac Pro desktop. What a sweet looking kickass little machine. Way above my price range, but holy smokes! Can drive three 4K monitors, up to 12 cores, 1TB SSD.... All in a package about the size and shape of a cookie jar. LOL!
I’m having a major issue with charge time on my mini. It taking 18 to 24 hours to recharge from fully drained to 100%. Seems I always have have it plugged in. I’m getting half a day on a charge. Thinking I made a mistake getting this over an android tablet. Made the switch at christmas. My android charged in a couple of hours, maybe three and then would go for at least a couple of days.
I’ve seen this issue discussed elsewhere but anyone here having similar problem with their mini?
