Theosis, Divinization, Deification is the oldest Christian teaching there is. See Greek Orthodox doctrine on the matter: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Theosis_(Eastern_Orthodox_theology)

Or Lutheran: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divinization_(Christian)#Protestant_views

Or Catholic: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Divinization_(Christian)#Roman_Catholicism

As a schismatic Catholic the last might be most interesting, but they all are fascinating and rarely talked about. Why not a thread on the Christian Doctrine of Theosis?

Were you to actually READ and apply understanding to your links - you will note that the orthodox doctrine of theosis explicitely denies that man will become (ontologically) another 'god' like mormonism likes to teach.

Intellectually dishonesty on your part 10
