As much as I despise this sumbish, I am gonna give her the benefit of the doubt. She had not signed up, was a Type I diabetic since she was 9 years old and she was pregnant. Add to that the fact that she probably had to stand there for an extra 30 minutes because Obozo was late and I would bet she locked her knees, the good old guaranteed way for recruits to pass out.
Drudge has an excellent piece on the faint, multiple views. The friend next to her has her arm around the fainter. The woman next to her whispers something, she then communicates and acknowledges something with someone in the audience. Then she nudges the fainter and removes her arm from around her waist. Then the hero turns around. It is a must see!

Of course this was staged. Listen to what he’s saying as he has to turn around to “save” her:
“I’ve got you, no, you’re ok”
It’s a visual suggestion that “He’s got us, we’re ok. He’ll save us if we fall”
This happened all the time when he was a candidate, remember? All the people (read: democrat operatives) swooning at his speeches?

Of course the fact that they stuck a pregnant diabetic up there to stand in a crowd in the sun, right behind the POTUS and in front of the entire world/media... geez, any average person would be nervous and stressed from the glare of such a spotlight, so how much more so a *pregnant diabetic* (should we even question if that much is true)?
Who thinks up that kind of staging? You're left with choosing between uncaring, indifferent morons or unscrupulous manipulators. Or all of the above.

In fairness, I suspect part of the problem was, as usual, Obama was rude and showed up extremely late to this event, leaving people all standing there in their poses in the Rose Garden waiting for him to show up. If you were standing outside in the sun without being able to move for 45 minutes or more, it might have an effect on anyone.

So you folks think that there is a stage somewhere in the White Hut, and a professional director, maybe even Steven Spielberg hisself, rehearsing these amateurs actors in the art of fainting, reacting to fainting, for hours on end until they get it right? If you can stomach listening to the speech you’ll hear what I hear - right at the point where he’s talking about “saving” us, she faints.
I think Lady Patriot’s narration is spot on. That’s exactly what happened.
