Sorry, I didn’t see that post and not sure which one.
But by law, your daughter has to be given 60 days.
If the letter she signed says she is to leave, then she has 60 days from that date.
If she fails to leave in that time, then the person must go to the county courthouse and file for eviction.
This being the hostile situation that you’ve described is another thing altogether, and I can understand why you don’t want her staying there.
All I’m saying is, they cannot just kick her out on a short notice, a date picked from random, so she has some time if you do want to take advantage of the law.
