Japan's under-40s appear to be losing interest in conventional relationships. Millions aren't even dating, and increasing numbers can't be bothered with sex. For their government, "celibacy syndrome" is part of a looming national catastrophe. Japan already has one of the world's lowest birth rates. Its population of 126 million, which has been shrinking for the past decade, is projected to plunge a further one-third by 2060. Aoyama believes the country is experiencing "a flight from human intimacy"

Add to that the irrationally long years of post high school education to get a reasonably paying job. The age of many who graduate from post college graduate school would be considered middle aged by our nation's Founding Fathers. Then there is the school debt to burden them further.
My grandmother ( born in 1894) would be amazed that now it take a college degree and tens of thousands of debt just to get a job as the check-in clerk at the local Marriott.
We have the same thing here. In fact, we even have a "My Little Pony" Air Force squadron patch:
They even wear support patches out of regulation:
There is nothing adult about cartoon fetishes.
When children are not raised to adult expectations, allowed "meltdowns", and are given no discipline, they stay mentally retarded as childish adults.
I read about this in the Japanese papers because my b/f is Japanese (older hhehe) and it is shocking really that in a survey of college students the virginity rate among women has skyrocketed from 38% 6 years ago to over 53 today. Blaming social media and fear of pregnancy which are contributors no doubt but the major reason is the disestablishment of marriage. It’s hard to say if this is a sign of a permanent change in thinking or if the “youngsters” are still just having too much fun to settle down but they need foreign workers to take citizenship before the depopulation bomb literally sets off the Wreck Welfare State.
You wouldn’t think there was anything weirder than dentata, would you?
Nope!
Looks like the center 1/3 of japan will be uninhabitable.
When I was in South Korea I managed to find the shipping area at the majic hour. Streets suddenly filled with young ladies like that, wall to wall.
LOL Most women have those teeth...In asians they are more pronounced.....:)
LOL
Yep.
Too bad. looks like a beautiful area.
And it’s gonna make their rice even smaller.
It won’t take 100-200 years. More like 50-100.
The populations are already peaking in every country except muslim, latino, and India.
Hillary Clinton, the UN, and other leftists say we need to reduce the worlds population by 75%.
The problem is...we killed all their real men in WW2!
Right. real men don’t hire 1 year old prostitutes or pay to have “baths” *wink* with them or think kiddie porn is okay and should be legal
Well, they insisted.
The Japs are having plenty of sex. modern birth control methods are extremely effective. new implant BC and BC injection are practically full proof! any woman who tells you their BC pills keep failing is lying. they sorta got pregnant “accidentally” ... yeah ..... accidentally on purpose!
Women have been trying to avoid pregnancies since the beginning of time. It’s the natural order of things. The vast majority of women have NEVER wanted to have 5-6-7-8 kids.....they simply did by default!
Could be the stupid tofu. University of Hawaii study says the crap shrinks your brain. Maybe it shrinks other things too.
Concur that you will see declines within 50 years. But they won’t seem really serious until 100+ years. Technology will take out much of the sting.
That says, “Glad to meet you!” It’s the FuKuppy.
I’m amazed I remember even this much!
That and the fact that every so often that big overgrown lizard with the worst case of bad breath pops up out of the ocean and makes sushi out of Tokyo. That can be a little off-putting for the dating game.
