Karen died, eh?
Ol’ Daryl better just keep on telling Carol, “Stop,” whenever she makes a pass to him. They’ll live longer.

Who knows what Rick was doing in the dark of the moon?

I noticed that. The writing has been poor so far.

Is Judith going to die? Screaming, throwing up....and Rick having a meltdown next week while Daryl holds him back.

Also, we just watched Talking Dead....uh, did anyone else see the crowd of 7500 walkers descending on Daryl, Michonne, Tyreese, and Bob? That’s next week, too.

So what would you rate this episode?
One to five stars?

Hmmm

I’d give it a four. No, four and a half. Last week would have been four——point deducted for Crazy Clara and the forest expedition.

How about you?

I’m stuck at work for the next six hours. Gonna crack open a beer and watch it when I get home.

Myself, I’m not that critical so every episode I’ve watched has been a 5. Altho I will admit it’s gotten better once they got rid of Andrea.......

As a side note, I’m glad I’m not with those folks. With all those rotting walkers around the prison, it must smell pretty bad........

I saw that! Yikes! The TV show doesn't follow the comics all that closely, but massive hordes of zombies from time to time are a big part of it. Hope they all get away!

OK, so on the Talking Dead they said that Patrick’s illness was modeled after the 1918 flu pandemic. So that means that we can expect to see mostly people in the young adult to middle age getting the virus.

In the first scene of the first episode of this season, we saw one of the Walkers who had died from the flu at the fence. Rick noticed him while he was wearing his ear buds.

And Karen and “David” who both showed flu symptoms and were isolated in A block, had both been killing Walkers at the fence towards the beginning of the episode.

Oh, I’m just dissecting the finer points....no complaints from me about TWD.

And this episode destroys the “calcium loss” over time explanation for soft zombie heads since even new zombies have soft heads.

Yeah, I saw it too. Bad "continuation" of plot device in favor of special effects grossout.(getting tiresome)

Plus newly turned zombies should(imho)be stronger, quicker, harder to kill, than than older, "dried out" existing zombies.

Course I'm not a fan of the "speed zombie" types, anyway...

love the introduction of disease(well, other than "zombie-itis)into the storyline.

They should probably have guards of some sort at all times even inside of the cell block.

They're in a prison..with individual cells. Have "lock up" every night with very healthy "key masters", (Rick, Daryl being obvious "safe" picks. Herschal, Beth, Carol and exras need not apply...)

Watched it this morning before going to bed.
WOW! Michonne crying when she was holding Judith tells us that Michonne is in pain from something in her past.

My favorite part was when Rick handed Carl the Beretta 92. Touching trust and confidence on display there -but then, I’m a gun nut who OWNS a Beretta 92.

I just hope that Carl STOPS HOLDING THE PISTOL WITH THAT LAME DOUBLE-INDEX-FINGER-FINGER TRIGGER PULL!!!

Come on, Carl! Get some better training, little guy!
And, get a haircut!
(This coming from a FReeper with his hair grown down to his beltline)

;-)
