Actually yes, and without prejudice! They are called the older folks that have grown up under a different set of (speech) rules. Happens every generation... Isn’t life great!
I happen to be part of that ‘older folks’ generation and I can not think of anyone save Walter Williams who consistently uses ‘Negro’.
