I think this is Valerie Jarett’s way of testing the waters and nudging the democrats towards accepting Obama’s face saving delay for a year. If they had a black democrat, like Booker for instance, bring it up the republicans would jump all over it and it would pass easily.

The RATs have to do something because the 2014 GOP candidates will run on it for sure. I think that around Christmas time Obama will give one year's absolution for the individual mandate. They are way to far gone to delay the whole thing for a year
